Description
This 30 minute full body dumbbell workout combines strength and HIIT to deliver a well rounded workout. Tiff and I are training with you the whole way through, showing both beginner and advanced variations so you can push at the pace that works for you. We’ll hit every major muscle group and will keep the intensity high.
Workout Details:
▶ Equipment: 1-2 sets of dumbbells and a mat or a soft surface
▶ Dumbbell HIIT: 30s work, 20s rest
▶ Finisher: 30s work x4, no rest
