A NEW 30 DAY STRETCH Challenge for Beginners & Inflexible People. This stretching challenge is for those of us who sit a lot during the day and experience tension in the upper back & low back.
Today is the second Friday video of the Upper Body Reset Stretch Challenge, where we will focus on stretches for the neck, shoulders and upper back. We'll targeted areas that hold tension through everyday activity to combat neck tension, shoulder pain, upper back pain, and poor posture.
