Join coach Chris Wilson in today's 10 minute bodyweight only "gym-style" workout. All you need is an overhead bar and dip bars / bench to get this done. It's great for intermediate and advanced lifters. If you're more of a beginner, go with the modified exercises for all 5 exercise options.
