10 minutes is plenty of time to get a great cardio workout in, as long as you don't go easy on yourself. In this workout, we'll start getting the blood moving easy, then transition into more difficult exercises progressively, then close it out with 45 seconds of burpees. Do your best to keep up! If you need extra breaks, take them, but do not quit! Follow me!
