This is a 30-minute military-style full body workout you can do anywhere — zero equipment required. Train like a soldier, get stronger, leaner, and more capable — from home, outside, your barracks room, or in the field.

This session is broken into 4 blocks — Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs, and Core — so you get a balanced, tactical, full-body stimulus that builds muscle, burns calories, and improves real-world conditioning like the military actually trains for.

This is a follow-along workout. I’ll guide you through the whole thing all you have top do is put in the work!
