15 minutes focusing completely on flexibility and recovery. Flexibility training is something I try to do as often as possible, especially after a hard workout or if I have a lot of training stacked up throughout the week. You'll want to integrate this into your fitness regimen to maximize your potential for results from your hard training, as well as avoid injury. Follow along with me as we do a COMPLETE mobility training session. Reuse this later when its needed.
