This short and gentle class is designed to help you release physical tension from the shoulders, neck, and upper back—while also offering space to soften emotionally and reconnect with your body in a grounded way.
We'll move through slow, supported poses like melting heart and broken wing, using mindful breath and invitational language throughout. This practice is beginner-friendly and guided with a trauma-informed approach—honoring your pace, your choices, and your needs. This practice may support:
• Releasing shoulder and neck tension
• Calming the nervous system
• Processing stored stress or emotion
• Reconnecting to safety and self-trust
No props are required, but feel free to use a blanket or pillow for extra support.
You’re always welcome to rest, modify, or skip anything that doesn’t feel supportive. Let this be your space to soften and come home to yourself.
