Description
Try this under 17 minute strong 20 Minute Sun Salutation Challenge yoga flow! It's great as a stand-alone flow, or an add on for a lengthier yoga flow or workout! The only warm-up is the Sun Salutations, so I recommend doing your own warm up or having a look at one of my warm up yoga flows prior if you need a bit more 🖤
Modify this flow as required by changing any moves, and some options are offered if something isn't suitable for you- if you need further options please let me know in the comments below.
