Try this 9 Minute Gentle Mobility Flow! It's great as a stand-alone flow, or perhaps you add it on to one of our previous flows for a lengthier yoga flow, or even add it to your workout! It features a 10 Sun Salutation Challenge 💪🏻 if you like a longer warm up, head to my 7 minute gentle warm up flow posted two weeks ago!
Modify this flow as required by changing any moves, and some options are offered if something isn't suitable for you- if you need further options please let me know in the comments below.

You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
