20 Minute Bodyweight Workout - No Equipment
Description
This video takes you through a follow along bodyweight and calisthenics workout. I usually don't promote follow along workouts because they usually don't comply with progressive overload principles. The special thing about this particular follow along however, is that it accommodates for different levels and for progressive overload. The progressive nature of this bodyweight workout is ensured by using auto regulative exercises - bodyweight exercises that gets harder the stringer you are in a semi automatic manner. The only thing you have to do is to do is to make sure you push the exercises to your personal limit.
