Open your hips and release tension with this 20-minute trauma-informed yoga practice. We’ll move gently and intentionally to create space in the body, connect with the breath, and support a sense of safety and grounding. You don’t need any experience—just come as you are and move at your own pace.

I demonstrate the practice without props, but you’re always welcome to use any props that support your body and your experience.
