25 MIN: Fat Burning SINGLE KETTLEBELL + BODYWEIGHT Workout
Description
FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest. One round has 16 exercises in, once the 16 are done you get 1 minute rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 25 minute workout.
10KG = Beginner
12KG = Intermediate
16KG = Advanced
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.
