In this video I show you the weighted calisthenics workout that Andry Strong, Kevin and me did together when we where all in Bali. We usually did this workout once a week in a addition to our individual workouts.
The weighted calisthenics work is one of Andry Strong's specialities, and I personally never did much weighted work myself before this. It was however very fun to change things up at bit and of course to do a common workout with friends.
