Grab your 2lb hand weights (or more if you’re brave) and get ready to SWEAT!
This 40 min workout burns over 400 calories and will keep your heart rate up for the duration of the entire workout.
If any of the exercises get you feeling any type of (bad) way, just slow down or come back to the workout again later.
Because we have multiple sprints on the spot intervals and fast movements its safe to say that this workout is on the more challenging side. If you are a beginner and want to try it out- by all means :) but you can’t say I didn’t warn you ;)
Remember that exercise is only part of the journey. If your goal is to see a physical change, you will also have to take into consideration the amount and quality of the food that you are eating!
