Welcome to this INTENSE full-body 1 dumbell workout! In this 30-minute session, we're using 1 single dumbbell to sculpt and strengthen every muscle group. Best of all, it's all standing, so no need to hit the floor. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this routine is designed to challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished.
We'll be doing 15 compound exercises repeating 2x through! Each dynamic movement will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. For reference I'm using my 15 lb dumbbell (medium weight). Choose a weight that feels challenging for you, yet you are still able to perform each exercise with good form.
