Get ready for a powerful 30-minute full-body HIIT workout with dumbbells! This session is designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance. It’s NOT for beginners, as it includes jumps and advanced movements.

Workout Structure:

  • Warm-up – 5 exercises (30 sec work / 10 sec rest)

  • Main workout – 45 sec work / 15 sec rest

  • Mid-workout break – 30 sec (pause the video if you need more rest)

  • Cool-down – 5 exercises (30 sec work / 10 sec rest)

I’m using two 4 kg (9 lb) dumbbells – choose a weight that works for you!
