This 45 MIN NO JUMPING HIIT CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT is sure to bring the heat!! Get ready to kick and punch your way through this high intensity, but LOW IMPACT sweaty workout! No equipment needed!!

The breakdown of the workout consists of 1 circuit with 15 exercises in each and completing 3 rounds! Give it all you got for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds between exercises. I will demonstrate the next exercise 10 seconds prior to the start of the 40 second timer so you can join in when you are ready!
