We, The Fitologists have made our own routine targeting the whole body and yes no equipment is needed. The HIIT principle we have used in this routine is: 30 Seconds full intensity workout and 10 seconds of rest on every exercise. In those 30 Seconds we expect your full power and focus doing the mentioned exercise.
