This 50-minute full body Strength & Conditioning workout uses both dumbbells and a resistance band to challenge your entire body. Build strength, increase endurance and tone your muscles with controlled, athletic movements you can do at home.

In this session we focus on:
• Full body strength training
• Conditioning and functional movements
• Dumbbells + resistance band combo
• Moderate to high intensity (no jumping required unless you want to)
• All levels welcome
