7 Mobility Exercises To Improve Joint Health For Your Morning Routine

I've found that if you have nagging aches and pains, previous injuries that still flare up, and want to improve your joint health, not just now but also long term, one of the best things you can do is start the day with 5-10 minutes of "movement hygiene", a morning mobility routine.

It will help you make your joints function and feel better before you get started with the day. It's not a lot of time investment to get a great return.

I had a very serious back injury 15 years ago and doing this morning routine (and others) has helped me be pain free and allowed me to perform at a high level, both in fitness and life.

3. 90/90 Hip Kinstretch with Internal Rotation
4. Elevated Lateral Line Stretch
5. The Bretzel
6. Spiderman Lunge w/ Lizard
7. Downward Dog
