This is a quick session to develop greater core activation and awareness. In strategic body positions that also recruit serious strength in the arms and shoulders, you’ll find an accessible way to connect to your deep core.
Use this as a finisher on split strength days or any time you need a little something extra to support postural strength!
It’s gentle enough to enjoy on its own, but for a complete practice, consider adding the warm-up and cool-down below! ⤵️
WORKOUT DETAILS
Complete 1-2 rounds of the exercises below using 50-second working intervals followed by a quick 10-second transition in between.
1. bear walks
2. side plank hugs
3. plank up/down
4. side plank hugs
5. bear shoulder/knee taps
