As I am still in my postpartum phase, I work on losing weight and toning my entire body, but recently, Ive been focusing a lot on the core and booty area.
This routine is 12 mins in total, working for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest. Push yourself and focus on the mind muscle connection to work the muscle!
