Your hotel room Pilates workout is here - perfect for when you are on your travels, on the go, tight for space perhaps a little tight in the body from a day travelling.
You can do this without a mat or any props you might just want a towel for your knees when we come to kneeling. We’ll flow through a series of standing and kneeling exercises that wake up the entire body, some standing upper back mobility and side body oblique work to start, then we will feel energised and strong in the legs with a lower body section, squats lunges and we will stretch and open the body too.
All you need is a few square feet of space, and your own breath. Let me know how you get on.
