Pilates Power: Strength and Sweat - 27-Min Routine
Description
Focus: power, zesty, standing, lower body. No equipment needed. We start by checking in with ourselves and preparing our mind and body for the movement ahead. We then get flowing into a powerful section for the hips and glutes. See if you can pick up the tempo to raise the heart rate a little. We will also work through planks and push ups for the ultimate dynamic powerful class in under 30 minutes. There's also lots of mobility and stretches throughout.
