This video, created by Frank Medrano and featuring his wife Antoniette Pacheco, takes you through a high-intensity leg training session designed to give your lower body a serious pump using only your bodyweight, so no equipment is needed and you can do it anywhere you have space. The workout is structured as four supersets with four sets each, combining different leg-focused bodyweight moves to build muscular endurance, strength, and volume in the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves while keeping you moving and challenged throughout. As a finishing challenge, the routine includes a large volume of lunges — 200 in total — to cap the session with a tough, muscle-fatiguing finisher that reinforces the leg-focused intensity and leaves you with that deep “pump” feeling in your lower body by the end.
