You can sculpt your lower half without having to squat! Please join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, lower body strengthening workout that features some of my favorite exercises to help shape, sculpt and lift your lower body without having to squat. If squats bother your knees*, or even if you are just looking up to mix up your routine, join me for this complete leg, glutes, hips, and thighs shaping workout that you can do in a small space, with just a set of hand weights.
