Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, 30-minute total body sculpting workout that you can do in a small space at home with minimal equipment and without ever getting on the ground. This simple, total body strength training session targets all major muscle groups and works the legs, chest, back, arms without any floor work. This workout may also be appropriate for those with limitations such as injuries or pregnancy that require no or modified positions on the floor, however, not all exercises are suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or working with specific injuries or limitations, please be sure to consult your doctor first before beginning this or any other workout and be sure to skip or modify any movements that do not work for you.
