This workout is great for improving your overall cardio fitness, loosing body fat and building endurance. We combined a mix of some of our favorite movements into two-10 minute periods of nonstop movement. You don't need any equipment and this session is fit for all levels of fitness. We've included a high impact and low impact version so that you're able to complete this workout in a way that woks best for you!
