Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, 20-minute total body sculpting workout that you can do in a small space at home with minimal equipment. This simple, total body strength training session may be more suitable for those with back issues that can sometimes be aggravated by the forward-hinged or leaning positions that some strength training movements require. This workout targets all major muscle groups and works the legs, chest, back, arms in an upright posture with the goal of alleviating excess strain on the spine.

Please note that not all exercises are suitable for everyone and back issues can vary, so please be sure to modify or skip any movements that do not work for you.
