Description
Stretch and release tension with this full body vinyasa flow. The yoga class includes child's pose, twists, cat/cows and sun salutation a's to warm up. The main sequence includes ragdoll pose, standing twists and side bends, one legged mountain pose, warrior III, warrior I, humble warrior, high lunge, prayer twist, warrior II, reverse warrior, triangle, high lunge twist, pyramid and standing splits.
The sequence ends with three-legged downward dog, scorpion dog, pigeon pose, wild thing, reclined twists, happy baby and a relaxing savasana. Your energy will feel restored after this 30-minute uplifting practice!
