A lovely morning yoga stretch to help you ease into your day. This intermediate class moves mindfully through poses to create space in your body from head to toe. Get ready to flow around your mat, connect with your breath and embrace a moment of stillness.

We'll start in child's pose to ground down and then move into a cobra flow + hip circles to open up into the spine and hips. The warm-up continues with seated side body stretches, locust lifts and an updog flow. Other postures include ragdoll, high lunge, airplane arms, prayer twist, reverse low lunge, side lunge, warrior II, extended side angle and reverse triangle variations, triangle, high lunge twist, half splits, modified side plank, pigeon, revolved head to knee, three-legged downdog and wild thing.

We'll end the class with wide legged forward fold + twists, yogi squat, butterfly, seated neck stretches and a meditation.
