Description
The class begins in child's pose to ground and set an intention. Warm up with twists, cat/cow, melting heart, sphinx, cobra shoulder drops and forearm plank.
The main sequence includes one legged mountain pose, standing pigeon, balancing warrior III, high lunge, pyramid, side lunge, high lunge twist, warrior I, humble, warrior II, reverse triangle, reverse warrior and triangle. Flow through three legged dog and knee to nose variations to activate your core and upper body strength. Transition to the floor with a seated hamstring stretch, modified side plank and heart opener. The class ends with locust, bow pose, child's, reclined twist and savasana.
