12 Minute Kettlebell Core Workout
Description
Today I'm bringing you a kettlebell and bodyweight core circuit that is going to challenge the core in all planes of motion for a well rounded ab burner!
Equipment Needed: 1 heavier and 1 pair of lighter kettlebell. For reference, I'm using a 53 pounder (24kg) and a of 26 pounder (12kg)
