Description
If you're looking to improve your cardio, improve your mobility and build core strength then follow along with me and get after this workout!
All you will need for this workout is one kettlebell or dumbbell and a workout mat and that's it!
We will be doing 6 different exercises for 40 seconds followed by a 10 second rest in between exercises and sets. 3 totals sets for a fast an effective full body calories burn!
