20 Minute Mobility + Core Workout | Follow Along

Description
Today's follow along workout consists of 10 different movements. Perform each movement for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between exercises and sets. Do 2 sets for a 20 minute workout.
Workouts like this are a staple in my own programming as well as in all of my comprehensive programs. Mobility and recovery are essential to maximize our results in and outside of the gym!
