Description

All you will need for this workout is 1 pair of heavy kettlebells or dumbbells and a workout mat and you're good to go!

This workout is armed with 7 different exercises that focus on building functional core strength and stability and improving mobility and range of motion.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between exercises. Do 3 sets with only 15 seconds rest in between sets.

If you want to make this more challenging, do 60 seconds of each exercise with no rest in between exercises and no rest in between sets.

To modify, do each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest or even 35 seconds with 25 seconds rest.
