12 Minute Yoga: Beginner-Intermediate with Sun Salutations

Add yoga into your week, in 12 minutes!
Welcome to your free weekly yoga flow, today's yoga flow is just over 12 minutes and is another great mobilising flow with a bit of shoulder mobility, and Sun Salutations, so a great one to get moving and stretch out if you're after a shorter flow.
We have a more dynamic warm up built into the flow, and it's a great standalone flow, a warm up for a workout, or even more yoga! Feel free to add in more at the end such as more Sun Salutations, or more poses, planks/core work etc!
Modify this flow as required by changing any moves, and some options are offered if something isn't suitable for you- if you need further options please let me know in the comments below.

If you'd like a challenge/longer practice you can run through it 2-3x or add additional Sun Salutations 🧘🏻♀️

Things to remember:
• This is your practice, only do what is comfortable for you and take whatever modifications you need 🥰
• There's no pressure here 🤍 listen to your body
• All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)
You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
