Description
Try this 20 minute strong yoga flow! This flow consists of a short warm-up with 10 sun salutations followed by some Dancer Pose practice. It's a great one for leg strength and mobility, and great as a stand-alone flow, or a great warm-up for a lengthier yoga flow or workout! 🖤
Modify this flow as required by changing any moves, and some options are offered if something isn't suitable for you- if you need further options please let me know in the comments below.
If you'd like a challenge/longer practice you can add even more Sun Salutations, or check out one of my other yoga flows! If you prefer a longer warm up, I have warm up yoga flows available too 🧘🏻♀️

• All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)
You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
