Welcome to Day 7 of the All Standing Pilates Challenge!
Today’s 21 minute session focuses on toning the legs and sculpting the arms using light hand weights (1–2kg). This energising full-body flow stays completely upright, no mat and no floor work, making it perfect for low-impact, space-friendly training.
This workout blends challenges your Pilates control with standing strength sequences to challenge your balance, stability, and coordination while giving you a deep sculpt in both your lower and upper body. Move with intention, stand tall, and feel the burn in all the right places.
