Today’s session is a 26-minute sculpting workout focused on lean, toned legs and strong, defined arms using light hand weights (1–2kg).

This class stays completely upright from start to finish. No mat and no floor work, making it perfect for low-impact, posture-friendly, and space-efficient training.
