This 48-minute Full Body Pilates Tone Workout is the perfect balance of strength, control, and flow, designed to strengthen your body from head to toe using 1kg dumbbells for added resistance and tone.

We’ll begin with a grounding warm-up and glute bridge series to activate the lower body, then move into ab curls, obliques, side-lying inner thigh work, and a powerful standing leg series before finishing with a relaxing full-body stretch. Every section is carefully structured to strengthen, lengthen, and tone while keeping the movement mindful and controlled.
