This 20 minute lower body, glute and oblique focused, Pilates at home workout will leave you feeling strong full of post Pilates endorphins. Using ankle weights we flow through layered sequences of powerful movements to build strength, endurance and increase that heart rate.

This workout is intermediate. Please take breaks and modify as needed to suit your body.
