This 25 minute full body Pilates at home workout will leave you feeling strong full of post Pilates endorphins. Using ankle weights, dumbbells and resistance band we flow through layered sequences of powerful movements to build strength, endurance and increase that heart rate.
This workout is intermediate. Please take breaks and modify as needed to suit your body.
