•Today we will be using weights and yoga block.
•This workout features a single circuit that combines weighted and bodyweight exercises, targeting all major abs and core muscles. Maintain a steady tempo; avoid rushing. Focus on engaging your muscles and connecting with your mind as you hold each position.
•If you need a brief pause, feel free to take one and then continue. The timer will be on for 40 sec followed by 10 sec rest to make sure you can get into position in time. Also pay attention to your breathing technique during this workout.
•When you contract your muscle, then exhale and when the muscle relaxes (without force), inhale; inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
•Take it at your own pace and have fun!
