Get ready for an intense 30 minutes of abs and core. This workout is no repeat and will only have one brief break midway through so get ready to ignite your abs & core and feel the burn.

•Today's abs and core session we will be using one piece of dumbbell—a lighter one—and bodyweight only.
•The workout is designed to ensure all major muscles in your abdominal area are targeted, as well as your deep core muscles. I recommend finding a nice and slow pace; don't rush the reps.
•Try to really connect with your working muscles. It's also very important to fully engage your core and focus on proper breathing technique. Fifty-second work intervals with ten-second rest periods will be followed.
