Join me for a 40-minute full body standing pilates sculpt x strength workout! I'm using a set of 5-lb dumbbells, 10-lb dumbbells, and 2-lb ankle weights. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our finisher. LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
