45 MIN FULL BODY PILATES SCULPT | No Repeats
Description
Today we have a spicy 45-minute full body pilates sculpt workout. I'm using a set of 3-lb dumbbells, 5-lb dumbbells, and a medium resistance booty band. All moves will go 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round. NO repeated exercises. Sending you all so much love this week (writing this as I try to avoid my Sunday Scaries before going back to work tomorrow)! Keep up the amazing work!
