45 MIN FULL BODY PILATES SCULPT | No Standing & Low Impact
Description
Join me for a 45-minute full body LAYING pilates sculpt workout (this workout is knee friendly and has no standing exercises)! I'm using a set of 5-lb dumbbells, a booty band, and 2-lb ankle weights.
