Join me for a 45-minute full body power pilates sculpt workout! I'm using a set of 5-lb dumbbells and a medium resistance booty band. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round. No repeats!!! LOVE YOU ALL SO SO MUCH!!
