This 5 min leg workout is the second workout in the beginner series! This quick routine is bodyweight only, so no equipment is needed, apart from your training mat.

There are 8 exercises in this workout. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, with a 10-second break between every exercise. No repeats!

This workout targets your quadriceps, glutes and calves.
